Spa Policies

Reservation Policy: 

Reservations may be made months in advance. As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments through text, email, and a phone call.  For each appointment we require a $10 deposit to confirm your appointment. You are always welcome to give us a call at (978)-455-8735 or (978)-455-8538  or email us : indulgencespawellness@gmail.com prior to your appointment to confirm, exact times, services and ask any questions you may have.

Cancelation policy:

We have reserved our time and space just for you and require 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation. If less than the required notice time is given we reserve the right to charge you 50% for the full scheduled session.

If you have purchased your service through Groupon, we reserve the right to redeem your Groupon, if the cancellation is less than 24 hours or on the day your service is scheduled.

If for any reason we reschedule or cancel and appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given. No charge will be applied.

Group Cancellation:

72 hours’ notice is required for group cancellations and a credit card must be given for group reservations. Spa packages, multiple service reservations, no show for parties of two or more are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Last minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for spa credit.

No shows:

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. After the first time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointments with a credit card.

Spa:

Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the service rooms and all other spa treatment rooms except with clients that have disabilities.


Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Indulgence Med Spa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Treatment and Packages policy:

To avoid abuse of special discounting with treatment/service packages, refunds on remaining un-used treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.

Clients who have purchased our services from third parties (Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.) need to check the third-party voucher for terms and conditions, as the terms or conditions of the deal/voucher will apply. Since third party entities are paid directly by the client, Indulgence Med Spa cannot refund purchases made via a third party. However, notwithstanding the voucher terms of any third party, patients who are unsatisfied with the purchase, may redeem the remaining unused portion of the voucher for another service currently offered at Hidden Door. Services that have already been rendered will not be redeemed again

Products:

We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns after 48 hours (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed.

Services and refund policy:

Indulgence Aesthetics strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with spa services provided. If you are displeased with your spa service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at the time of checkout. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of the spa management, you will receive a follow up complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to” make it right” and make sure you are taken care of. We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.

Termination policy:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason
whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Indulgence Med Spa and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer:

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to,
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Indulgence Med Spa its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Tardiness policy:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service’ Clients who arrive late ill be charged in full for their schedule session, but may receive an abbreviated session. For example, if you schedule a 1 hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the full session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time .

Walk-in Policy:

We can take walk in appointments only if we have availability.

Cell Phone and PDA’s:

We strive to keep a peaceful and serine atmosphere for all our clients. So please turn your cell phones and other electronic devices off, or switch to the vibrate/silent mode while in spa. We appreciate it and so will your fellow clients.

Massage/Facial Policy:

All massage/facial sessions include 10 minutes of consultations and time to dress.
