Gentle flow yoga is nurturing, relaxing, and compassionate for the body. All are welcome to participate in a noncompetitive environment, at a soft and comfortable pace.

Ayurvedic Yoga

"Ayurveda" translates as "knowledge of life". This alternative ancient Indian medical science examines physical constitution, emotional nature, and spiritual outlook.  Each practice is tri-dashic to balance Vata, Pitta, and Kapha using breath work (prana) posture (asana) amd concentration (dharana). It is all about balance!

Restorative Power Flow Yoga

Restorative Power Flow Yoga is about deep relaxation in the muscle with passive stretching and patience. It encourages strength, flexibility, and focus.

Vinyasa Flow with Guided Meditation

Sunday 9:30 am


Vinyasa yoga emphasizes linking breath to movement with a practice known as Ujayi Pranayama which translates as "victorious breath". These classes also include heavy focus on balance, posture, and stamina. Each class ends with meditative corpse pose, Savasana.
